In-Gym is 1 on 1 training designed specifically around your focus areas and skill level. I will create a training environment for you to grow and progress while guiding you as we work together towards your goals.
In-Home is a great option for those who own sufficient equipment or have access to a home/apartment gym.

POWERLIFTING COACHING
Learn specifically about the Squat, Bench, Deadlift & how to increase your Total in the sport of Powerlifting.
I've helped lifters break through plateaus, overcome mobility restrictions and train around injuries. I will provide insight on how to eat for performance, what supplements to use & how to recover as fast as possible from training.
We will review technique, make form adjustments, cover advanced cues & much more. Coaching also includes in-depth review & feedback of your lifts and a customized training program.
A coach isn't just motivation but rather a set of eyes that have your back on the winding road ahead. Work directly with me as we put together a game-plan & take action together towards your goals.
NUTRITION COACHING
Nutrition is far more important than people realize when it comes to things like building muscle, losing fat, improving health markers, or simply going about your day with more energy & mental clarity.
Work with me as we take a look at your daily routine, any dietary restrictions, and then develop a customized plan with the goal of long-term sustainability. You will receive the accountability needed to make lasting change & along the way learn how to make food work for you rather than against you.
You will be eating for the rest of your life. It's important to understand food & how your choices now will dictate where your health is in years to come.
STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS
These programs are for lifters to complete on their own, but with my assistance & direction. To get the most out of this program, lifters should already know their way around the gym and be confident performing a fair number of movement pattens. These custom training programs will allow you to build & develop new strength as well as add muscle mass.
You will learn how to self-guide your workouts and gauge intensities based on the model within the program. Everything is built from scratch & completely customized to your skill level, goals, & time frame.
Training is structured within 4-week cycles. Progress is assessed along the way and changes are made as needed.
With access to an Exercise Tutorial Bank you are able to view video-demos which explain how to execute each movement with proper form to avoid injury.
